Legal Cell                                              

Legal Cell of Sealdah GRP District deals with legal matters of this districts as well as GRPS level and also deals with Departmental Service Matters before the Hon’ble West Bengal Administrative Tribunal. This Cell also monitoring Writ Matters are heard before various benches of Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. On the other hand this Cell has maintained liaison with West Bengal Police Directorate Law Cell and circulate messages to all units of Sealdah GRP District regarding various Orders /Judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta and the Supreme Court of India. Legal cell is also deals with the various departmental proceedings. This cell is also take steps/initiatives to conduct classes related with the different upcoming laws.
